I’m a South African who was born with a passion for food. From my earliest days in Capetown, cooking for my family, to my years spent honing my craft in some of London’s busiest kitchens, to finding my home here in Vancouver and launching No Fixed Address Catering; my mission has always been the same: to take my passion for creating delicious and innovative cuisine and provide my guests a truly memorable dining experience.
Vancouver is truly a foodie’s dream, and I’ve been so fortunate to be able to share my passion for inspired cuisine with so many people in this city. Between the multi-cultural vibe and the access to the endless wonderful local ingredients, it’s been the perfect place to launch and grow No Fixed Address Catering.
